通过加入直接酸环境降解或加入亲核试剂降解的方式，将高聚合度的单宁降解为低聚合度的单宁，促进其吸收利用。尽管吸收率低，但两种方法生成的寡聚体都能透过Caco-2单细胞层。在加入表儿茶素的反应条件下，每毫克部分纯化物可降解获得644 ug低聚体。当不加入表儿茶素时，每毫克部分纯化物可降解生成202 ug低聚体。

Procyanidin polymers were depolymerized with or without added epicatechin and yielded 644 μg and 202 μg oligomers per mg partially purified polymers respectively. Oligomers yielded from both methods transported through Caco-2 cell monolayer albeit absorption rates were low.

在重载条件下工作的润滑剂常常会受到高接触压力的影响，有时会导致润滑剂本身性质发生改变从而造成摩擦副失效。由于实验设备的欠缺，目前对润滑剂性能的研究只能在1GPa以下的压力下进行。利用自制的新型膜厚测量仪测量GL-5 型齿轮油在不同卷吸速度和接触压力下的干涉图像，最大接触压力达到3GPa，并计算得到膜厚曲线进行成膜性能和润滑特性分析。

Lubricants working under heavy loads are usually subjected to high contact pressure, which give rise to unexpected effect on tribological properties of the lubricants. The lubricating film may break down, leading to failure of the frictional pair. However, due to limitation of apparatus, studies focusing on tribological properties of lubricants were performed under contact pressure less than 1 GPa. In this study, a novel equipment is developed to obtain interferometer image of contact under lubrication at high contact pressure up to 3GPa. The film thickness of GL-5 gear oil was measured using the new setup and its lubricating properties were analyzed.
